Our clients are Internationally recognised Luxury Retailers that offers high end premium products ranges from Beauty, Fashion & Accessories, to Watches & Jewellery. To cope with retail market recovery, they are currently looking for team-oriented and sales driven leader to direct their retail sales team as Store Supervisor in Hong Kong.


About the job:

• Lead sales team to meet sales and other KPI targets.
• Plan and deliver training and offer on-the-job coach
• Conduct daily briefing and manpower planning
• Support and manage daily store operations, including reports and analysis
• Participate in events and represent the brand as a Brand Ambassador
• Resolve customer complaint cases and ad hoc duties.
• To maintain brand image, service standard, and boutique presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years' experience in retail industry with 2 years at a store in-charge OR supervisory role with any retailers
• Passionate towards retail and able to lead a small sales team
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good spoken Mandarin & English
• Positive attitudes able to motivate sales team
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Department Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Immediately available will be an advantage
