Join Timberland for an exciting opportunity in our Pop-Up Store at Roosendaal Outlet. As store supervisor, you will lead by example on the shop floor, support the store management team, and drive a strong consumer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Store Supervisor, you act as the link between store management and sales associates, supporting day-to-day operations while helping to drive sales, service, and team engagement.
You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by:
Driving sales and profitability through effective floor leadership
Coaching and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
Ensuring the store is always customer-ready and compliant with visual merchandising standards
Opening and closing the store and acting as Manager-on-Duty when required
Following retail operational policies and procedures
Understanding store KPIs and contributing to their achievement
What we are looking for
Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands
A hands-on leadership style and passion for customer experience
Confidence taking responsibility and leading the team when needed
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
