Store Supervisor (Full-Time) Evenings

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Evening Store Supervisor join our team at EUROSPAR Windmill Lane located at 20 Creighton St, Dublin Docklands, Dublin 2. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the closing operations of the store and ensuring a smooth and efficient end-of-day process.

• Supervise evening shift operations and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Manage and motivate a team of store associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail, store, warehouse, or supervisory role is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Good organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work evening shifts and maintain high standards of health and safety
