As a Store Supervisor,you’llsupport the leadership team in driving store performance while leading by example on the shop floor.You’llhelp translate commercial priorities intoday‑to‑dayaction, support the development of Stylists, andensure an exceptional customer experience at all times

Supporting and deputising for the management team whenrequiredto deliver KPIs and commercial priorities
Helping to implement daily and weekly sales targets to drive store performance
Monitoring KPIs and team performance, supporting reporting and feeding back to the management team
Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional 1‑to‑1 customer service
Supporting the development of Stylists through coaching, training, and sharing product knowledge
Assistingwith store operations including stock management, admin, payroll, and rotas
Helping tomaintainstrong visual merchandising and brand standards
Creating a positive, inclusive, andhigh‑energyteam environment

Proven experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
Strong customer service skills with ahands‑on,people‑focusedapproach
Experience working to and supporting the delivery of KPIs and sales targets
