We're looking for a passionate Store Supervisor to join our The North Face team based in Roermond.

As a Store Supervisor you will support the management team in driving sales, motivating the team and maintaining the highest standards on our shop floor while inspiring our customers through exceptional service.

How you'll make a difference

We expect that our Supervisors help deliver a memorable retail experience by:

• Supporting and coaching the sales team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
• Leading by example and acting as a role model on the shop floor.
• Supporting the management team in achieving sales and operational objectives.
• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Helping develop a positive team culture and motivating associates to perform at their best.
• Ensuring all operational procedures are followed in the store and stockroom.
• Sharing product knowledge and promoting the values of The North Face brand.

What makes you the perfect Store Supervisor?

• You have previous retail experience, ideally within a supervisory or leadership role.
• You enjoy interacting with customers and developing people.
• You are a strong team player with a hands-on mentality, enthusiasm and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• You have a positive can-do attitude, facing all situations in the store.
• You are passionate about our brand, fashion and retail in general.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch is an advantage.
• You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.

Hiring Range:

€28,729.68 EUR - €35,912.10 EUR

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
