The Store Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting daily sales operations, while coordinating inventory activities such as ordering, receiving, and merchandising stock.

Job Duties

• Performs store opening and closing procedures. (Essential)
• Ensures merchandise is neatly organized, attractively displayed, and adequately stocked. (Essential)
• Coordinates merchandise ordering, verifies vendor deliveries, and stocks inventory as needed, while fostering positive relationships with vendors. (Essential)
• Operates the cash register to process cash and credit card payments, ensuring accuracy when handling transactions and providing change. (Essential)
• Ensures the store is clean and well maintained. (Essential)
• Conducts routine inspections of store facilities and equipment to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational functionality. (Essential)
• Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.
• Provides friendly customer service by greeting guests, answering phone calls, and completing sales transactions.
• Welcomes and registers overnight campers, manages reservations, and issues passes to registered guests.
• Reports and communicates guest concerns and operational issues, as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1 year in retail supervisory experience (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to use email, internet resources, and standard digital tools for daily tasks
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Must have a valid driver's license
