We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Supervisor to help lead our Rotterdam store team. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support daily operations, inspire colleagues through example, and deliver exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you'll do

As Store Supervisor, you'll play an active role on the shop floor while supporting the Store Manager in driving commercial success and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and providing outstanding customer service.
• Creating a welcoming and engaging store environment for every customer.
• Coaching, motivating and supporting team members in their day-to-day activities.
• Driving sales performance through proactive customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Supporting daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitoring visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store reflects the Timberland brand.
• Managing operational tasks such as stock handling, replenishment and general store organization.
• Assisting with team scheduling, task delegation and floor coverage when required.
• Ensuring company policies, procedures and health & safety guidelines are consistently followed.

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing supervisory role.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to identify priorities and take initiative.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to balance customer service, team leadership and operational responsibilities.

Availability

• This is a 30-hour per week position.
• Availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods.

Language Skills

• English proficiency is required.
• Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage

Hiring Range

€27,361.60 EUR - €34,202.00 EUR

Incentive Potential This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
