We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Store Room Clerk to join our team and help keep our resort’s culinary and food & beverage operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Room Clerk, you’ll help make sure our culinary and food & beverage teams have the products and supplies they need, when they need them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and organizing food, beverage, and supply deliveries
• Checking, storing, and rotating products properly
• Maintaining accurate inventory and organized storage areas
• Filling departmental requisitions and distributing supplies
• Keeping storerooms, coolers, and freezers clean and sanitary
• Monitoring product quality and expiration dates
• Assisting with vendor deliveries and receiving transactions
• Communicating inventory concerns to culinary leadership
• Following food safety, sanitation, and storage standards

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to have years of hospitality experience to succeed here. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team.

Ideal candidates have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous inventory, warehouse, storeroom, food service, or related experience preferred
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and take pride in doing things right

This Job Is Active — And That’s a Good Thing!

You’ll stay on your feet and moving throughout your shift. Candidates should be comfortable:

• Frequently lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working in storage areas
• Using ladders safely when needed
• Working around coolers and freezers
