Our Operations Cluster team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City as a Store Quality Assurance Officer
In this role, you will conduct pre-audit, unannounced assurance reviews, and special reviews of store and cash center operations. You will assess the adequacy and effectiveness of existing controls, provide reliable, data-driven insights, and help ensure that all operations run efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

What the role will entail
Conduct pre-audit and unannounced assurance reviews of store and cash center operations to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Perform special reviews on reported fraud, operational lapses, or irregularities
Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risk areas in store and cash center environments
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls related to cash handling, sales processes, and operational procedures
Prepare clear and comprehensive reports detailing findings, risk assessments, and recommendations
Serve as acting Service Manager during mandatory leave or preventive suspension, ensuring business continuity and operational integrity
What we're looking for
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in bank operations review, internal audit, quality assurance, or risk management, preferably within retail or financial services
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, operational processes, and risk assessment methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to management
Willingness to travel frequently for unannounced store and cash center visits
