Job Mission
Contribute to the successful delivery and continuous excellence of CHANEL FWFJ boutiques by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring projects are executed in line with CHANEL brand standards
Key Responsibilities
Drive the coordination of new boutique openings and retrofit projects by working closely with internal stakeholders (Regional Boutique Architecture, Retail, IT, Logistics, Finance) and external partners (General Contractors and vendors), ensuring alignment with brand standards, project timelines and operational requirements
Support the planning and delivery of Retail Support Office projects, including Heart of House and external tailor rooms ensuring operational efficiency and consistency with brand standards
Drive the resolution of boutique maintenance and aftercare matters by reviewing as-built care reports and collaborating with Regional Boutique Architecture team, vendors and consultants to maintain boutique excellence and extend the asset lifecycle
Oversee procurement process for boutique projects and maintenance including the creation of purchase orders in the system
Support the planning and monitoring of the annual boutique maintenance expense budget and provide regular updates on budget spending status to key stakeholders including Retail and Finance, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency
Contribute to ESG, CSR and Occupational Safety and Health(OSH) initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders as part of cross-functional task forces to support responsible and sustainable boutique operations
Manage and supervise the Inbound & Outbound status of Green-hub inventory
Requirements
Academic/Professional Qualifications University degree in Architecture, Interior design or in related major
Work Experiences Minimum 5 – 7years in professional experience dealing with high end commercial industry or in interior fit-out contractor
Required Competencies
Fluent in speaking and writing in English
Advanced knowledge of graphic software (Auto Cad, Photoshop)
Advanced knowledge of MS software (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Ability to effectively work on multiple projects at once whilst maintaining high standards of work
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work and meet key deadlines
