🏪 Manage full store operations or a specific functional area
🔄 Adapt and implement best-in-class practices into the Chinese retail model
👥 Lead, train, and develop store teams to boost efficiency, performance, and compliance
📦 Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and top-tier merchandising standards
📈 Execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
🤝 Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, retail tech, merchandising, and QA teams
✈️ Conduct frequent domestic travel to supervise stores, audit performance, and support regional teams
