πͺ Manage full store operations or a specific functional area
π Adapt and implement best-in-class practices into the Chinese retail model
π₯ Lead, train, and develop store teams to boost efficiency, performance, and compliance
π¦ Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and top-tier merchandising standards
π Execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
π€ Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, retail tech, merchandising, and QA teams
βοΈ Conduct frequent domestic travel to supervise stores, audit performance, and support regional teams
