Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Manager, International Brand and Operations, the Store Operations Coordinator, International is responsible for coordinating and following up on operational activities across La Vie en Rose’s international store network. The incumbent supports visual merchandising and store operations initiatives by coordinating projects, communications, documentation, orders, and deliverables with internal teams, contributing to the maintenance of brand standards and the efficient execution of store operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, organize, update, and distribute operational documents, procedures, tools, and training materials for international partners;
• Act as the main point of coordination for operational requests from international partners and ensure follow-up with the appropriate internal teams;
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising and store operations initiatives by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and communications;
• Coordinate orders for supplies, signage, equipment, and materials required for international stores;
• Support store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures by coordinating operational requirements and deliverables;
• Track deliveries, timelines, and required materials to support projects and activities across the international network;
• Maintain and update calendars, databases, tracking tools, and reference documents related to international store operations;
• Prepare and distribute communications regarding operational standards, procedures, initiatives, and ongoing projects;
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Brand and Operations, Construction, Procurement, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of in-store initiatives;
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and work methods to enhance operational efficiency and execution quality.

Requirements
• College diploma (DEC) or university degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations support role;
• Experience in retail, visual merchandising, store operations, or project coordination is considered an asset;
• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written (the role requires collaboration with partners outside Quebec);
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana is considered an asset.
