JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the smooth and efficient running of our Metzingen Outlet store. This role plays an important part in ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes, enabling our teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with store leadership and cross-functional partners, you will help maintain high standards across inventory, administration and daily operations. At Burberry, every detail matters, and this role contributes directly to the quality and precision our customers expect from a luxury brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily store operations, ensuring processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock management activities, including deliveries, transfers, replenishment and inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate records and complete operational administration in a timely manner.
• Partner with store teams to ensure product availability and operational readiness across all areas of the business.
• Monitor operational standards and support compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment while supporting business priorities as needed.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Previous experience in a retail or stock operations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach to work.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of execution.
