Located in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, our Warringah Mall store is a key destination for fashion, beauty and lifestyle, serving a vibrant and loyal customer community. As Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading your teams, coaching and developing your leaders to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.

You will foster a culture of inspiration, accountability and high performance, creating meaningful connections with customers, team members, stakeholders and brand partners. Using your commercial expertise and leadership capability, you will influence outcomes, elevate performance and ensure our Warringah Mall store continues to deliver experiences Like No Other.

Our Store Managers are at the forefront of our business, leading with passion, commercial acumen and a relentless focus on people, customer and business success.

What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team of retail leaders and team members to create experiences that inspire Like No Other.
• Drive outstanding commercial performance, consistently delivering against sales, profit and NPS targets.
• Partner closely with premium brand and concession partners to create exceptional outcomes for customers and the business.
• Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring every interaction reflects the David Jones service philosophy.
• Build strong connections within the local community, strengthening David Jones' presence across the Northern Beaches.
• Represent David Jones with pride as the custodian of one of Australia's most recognised and trusted retail brands.

What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

• Proven success leading, coaching and developing high-performing retail teams.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring service cultures.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships.
• Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding commercial objectives, including sales, profitability and NPS.
• Agility and resilience to lead through change in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High commercial acumen and a growth mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sustainable business growth.
