As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the day‑to‑day performance of the store, leading a diverse team of 11 team members in a positive, inclusive environment. You’ll balance people leadership, commercial outcomes, and operational excellence, while setting clear expectations and leading by example on the shop floor. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.

While retail experience is ideal, we’re open to leaders from any background who bring proven people leadership and a customer‑focused mindset.
