Our rebel rCX Bondi store isn’t just any store, it’s one of the top three rebel stores nationwide, spanning over 2,700 square metres of sporting innovation. Think interactive experiences, expert sportspeople, and exclusive, limited-edition gear. The scale is massive, and the possibilities for the future are endless.

This one’s for a proven, high‑performing leader who knows how to run a team of 70+ in a fast, high‑traffic store. You’ll be front and centre, engaging with executives, investors and brands while confidently representing the business. Build strong relationships, lead a diverse team, and bring a safety-first mindset, all backed by a solid 4‑person leadership team.

• Full-time parental leave cover, through to mid August 2027
• Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday– because your days off matter too!

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Senior retail management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
