We’re looking for a strong Store Manager who leads from the front and brings the energy with them. Someone who’s led teams of 15+, knows how to coach, connect and lift performance, has a sharp eye for sales and VM, and isn’t afraid of the real conversations.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Senior retail management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
