Drive Results: Execute plans to hit key performance indicators and exceed profit goals. Create Connections: Build brand loyalty through authentic, personalized customer interactions. Set the Standard: Ensure visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store. Be the Expert: Share product knowledge and teach your team how to elevate every customer interaction. Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules to meet business needs while supporting work-life balance. Sales & Budget Accountability: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and budgets are met. Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies. Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment. Confidence in engaging customers and delivering an elevated experience. A results-driven mindset fueled by enthusiasm for people and products. Adaptability in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail world. Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills. High integrity, ethics, and trustworthiness. Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
