An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our Flagship stores, located in the heart of Derry’s busiest shopping centre and recognised as a key beauty hub within the city.
This is a high-profile, large-format store with a strong leadership team already in place, including 3 Assistant Store Managers, and a team of approximately 60 colleagues across pharmacy, beauty and healthcare services, with hearing care launching soon. The store is currently performing exceptionally well, delivering strong growth across all areas of the business, making this a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Store Manager to build on continued success.
We are looking for an inspiring leader who can continue to drive performance, lead a large and diverse team, and deliver an exceptional customer and colleague experience within a fast-paced flagship environment.
