We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Store Manager to take the reins of our flagship opticians in Belfast Forestside at a truly exciting time. You'll join an established, successful store before leading the team into a brand-new, state-of-the-art location just a few doors away, following a major investment in both the store and the wider retail destination.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a growing business, overseeing a store expansion that will double consulting capacity from 3 to 6 rooms, increase customer footfall, and create new opportunities for team growth and development. With an experienced team of 20 colleagues already in place, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving performance through an exciting period of change.
