We are looking for an experienced full-time Store Manager (m/f/d) for our store in Frankfurt am Main

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Your mission:

• Taking full responsibility for your store
• Representing DIESEL as a brand ambassador
• Maximizing sales through KPI analysis and strategic development
• Motivating, leading, and developing your store team
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Ensuring optimal staff and vacation planning
• Acting as a role model in customer interaction through excellent customer service
• Maintaining close communication with your Retail Manager and our Head Office
• Organizing store events
• Ensuring the correct presentation of DIESEL within the store

What makes you exceptional:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
• Passionate sales talent
• Solution-oriented mindset and approach
• Results-driven attitude
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
