This one’s for an experienced Store Manager who thrives in high-volume, high-energy retail. Big foot traffic, fast pace, and a team of 7 relying on your leadership to keep things sharp.

You’ll drive performance, own KPIs, lead with safety front of mind and bring a strong commercial and visual eye to the shop floor. DFO experience is a bonus, but proven retail leadership is a must.

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail store management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
