You’ll drive a team of 10+ in a large-format store, built on performance, strong visuals, and sharp commercial thinking. Owning everything from KPIs and stock to rostering and results, all while shaping a diverse, engaged crew that knows how to win.

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
