We're looking for an experienced Store Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience, to take ownership of a high-performing store in the heart of the CBD.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, driving sales, achieving KPIs, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Strong leadership, safety focus, commercial thinking, and visual merchandising skills are key. Plus a love for the outdoors (bonus points for technical product and fabric knowledge). As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• The ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
