About the role

As our Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store—driving performance, elevating customer experience and leading a high-performing team.

Operating with autonomy, you will identify growth opportunities, improve operations and ensure every interaction reflects Dyson’s standards. You will lead from the front, balancing commercial delivery with exceptional in-store execution.

You will:

  • Own store performance across sales, profit and customer experience metrics
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to increase sales, conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Propose, test and implement operational and service improvements
  • Lead from the floor—demonstrating best-in-class customer experience daily
  • Build personalised, meaningful interactions that convert customers into brand advocates
  • Recruit, coach and develop future leaders within your team
  • Set targets, track performance and provide clear, actionable feedback
  • Manage customer escalations in line with Dyson’s brand standards
  • Partner with HQ to execute merchandising and operational strategies
  • Monitor performance trends and take corrective action where needed
  • Ensure store readiness for peak trading periods
  • Uphold Dyson standards across operations, compliance, safety and loss prevention
  • Protect company assets and ensure accuracy across stock and store processes

About you

  • A results-driven retail leader who combines commercial focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience leading field-based retail teams
  • Strong track record in high-performance, customer-facing retail environments
  • Commercially astute, with consistent delivery against sales and operational targets
  • Confident leading teams, driving engagement and developing future talent
  • Strong communication and decision-making capability
  • Proactive, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and make sound, informed decisions under pressure
  • High levels of integrity and emotional intelligence
  • Strong fluency in English
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods
