This position offers high-potential leaders the opportunity to bring their experience and skills to Signet. The goal is to introduce you to our company and culture while teaching you the Signet Selling System. In this role, you will serve as a Store Manager in Waiting (JC5) at one of our locations for up to six months, gaining knowledge of our products and services. By the end of the six-month introductory period, the team member must either transition into a leadership position with little to no compensation adjustment or move into another role aligned with their qualifications, with an appropriate compensation adjustment.

Qualifications:

• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work successfully in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business results.
• Limited to external new hires only.

Program Expectations:

• The program is designed to develop and evaluate future retail leaders through hands-on experience in a store environment.
• Advancement into a leadership role is based on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs.
• Team members who are not selected for a leadership role at the conclusion of the program will be placed into the appropriate Jewelry Consultant level based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, with any applicable compensation adjustment.
• Candidates should clearly understand program expectations, including the temporary developmental nature of the role and the potential outcomes at the end of the 180-day period.

A Sampling of our Total Rewards:

• Base pay, $24.04 – $32.60 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
