We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage store performance, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Duties

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards

• Manage all aspects of store staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and team development

• Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics to drive revenue and profitability

• Collaborate closely with HQ departments including Operations, HR, Finance, and Training

• Support new store openings and stabilization phases as needed

• May be requested to work in other locations from time to time

• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license & work authorization

• 3+ year of retail or store management experience preferred

• Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills

• High level of accountability, learning agility, and resilience

• Long-term career interest in retail management

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 base salary
