Job Role

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the overall retail operations of an assigned store, ensuring sales targets, operational standards, customer satisfaction, and team performance are consistently achieved. This role oversees daily store activities, supervises sales personnel, monitors operational compliance, and drives business performance while maintaining the company's premium brand image and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead the overall daily operations of the assigned retail store to ensure smooth business execution.
• 
  Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning, coaching, and performance management.
• 
  Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.
• 
  Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• 
  Ensure excellent customer service standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
• 
  Oversee product displays, merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• 
  Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• 
  Prepare operational reports, sales performance reports, and store activity reports accurately and on time.
• 
  Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational procedures, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns.
• 
  Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• 
  Coordinate with Area Managers and internal departments to support business objectives and operational improvements.
• 
  Conduct regular team meetings, product knowledge sessions, and sales training to improve team capability.

Candidate Requirements

• 
  Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 
  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, retail management, or store management, preferably within home appliances, consumer electronics, consumer goods, or related industries.
• 
  Proven experience in achieving retail sales targets and managing overall store performance.
• 
  Experienced in leading sales teams and driving team performance to achieve business objectives.
• 
  Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• 
  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• 
  Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and store administration.
• 
  Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 
  Professional appearance with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• 
  Willing to work on shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• 
  Willing to be assigned to retail store locations across Jakarta.
