En tant que Directeur (trice) de magasin, vous êtes un véritable chef d’orchestre et ambassadeur de notre marque et êtes responsable de :
L’atteinte des objectif, le développement du chiffre d’affaires et la satisfaction client
Le recrutement, le management et le développement de vos équipes (15-20 collaborateurs)
Le respect des protocoles et procédures
Le succès des opérations commerciales
La bonne tenue de la boutique et la mise en avant du visual merchandising et des produits, vecteurs de l’image et du concept
