2XU is looking for an energetic Store Manage r to lead our Harbour Town Gold Coaststore, engage with the local community, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead your team to deliver world-class customer service and sales performance
• Drive store success through sales targets, product sell-through, KPIs, and team development
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation
• Oversee rosters, train team members, and coach staff to perform at their best
• Build strong relationships with your local community, complimentary businesses, and brand ambassadors
• Be a visible, motivating leader who sets the standard for excellence in store operations

What We’re Looking For

• Retail store management experience (essential)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong operational skills in rostering, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• Passion for fitness, high-performance apparel, and exceptional customer service
• A natural, inspiring leader with excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, team-focused, and committed to representing the 2XU brand
