Job Title: Store Manager (Gujarati/Hindi Speaking) Location: Nairobi Department: Supply Chain / Operations Reports To: GM – Sales & Marketing Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and depot operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, team supervision, and compliance with safety and operational standards. Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi, alongside English and Swahili, is essential for supplier and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities • Manage store operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, FIFO, and dispatch. • Maintain accurate ERP/WMS stock records and conduct stock reconciliations. • Supervise store teams, allocate workloads, and drive productivity. • Coordinate order fulfillment with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures. • Prepare inventory and operational reports while safeguarding company assets and controlling losses. Requirements Key Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years' experience in store, warehouse, or depot operations within paints, building materials, FMCG, or manufacturing. • Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi, plus English and Swahili. • Experience managing warehouse teams and ERP/WMS systems. • Strong inventory control, leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
