Store Manager - Full-Time

SPAR Caherdavin is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Store Manager to lead our team and drive the continued success of our store. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic retail professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times

• Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety, and health & safety requirements

• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and employee performance

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience within a retail environment
