STORE MANAGER- Fine Jewelry and Watches

Burlington, Vermont

Job Title:

An established prestige retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead its flagship Burlington, Vermont location. This is a rare opportunity to oversee a high-volume luxury business with a deeply loyal client base, exceptional product assortment, and strong ownership involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and sales performance for a luxury retail flagship location
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing client-focused team
  • Deliver elevated customer experience standards consistent with luxury watch and fine jewelry environments

Skills Required:

  • Luxury retail or premium clienteling leadership experience a must; Jewelry or Watch leadership experience highly desirable
  • Strong sales management and operational leadership abilities
  • Relationship-driven leadership style with exceptional communication skills
