Job Description

Leadership & Development

  • Lead and support your team to deliver strong results and an engaging, consistent customer experience.

  • Manage scheduling and compliance to support operational needs and workforce legislation.
  • Execute stock flow and backroom management to support product availability and visual standards.
  • Use store performance data and insights to identify trends and actions.
  • Use commercial and operational data to identify opportunities and implement solutions that improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Brand & Customer Experience

  • Create a consistent, customer-first environment aligned with our customer experience model.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect brand identity.
  • Build customer connection and engagement through service and store presentation at every touchpoint.
