Dispensing Store Manager (medium store)
Join Boots at our newly refurbished Kingston Retail Park store in Hull as a Dispensing Store Manager, where you’ll lead a thriving retail environment on the edge of a busy and growing community.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a medium-sized store with strong retail performance and real potential to expand its pharmacy offering. With free on-site parking, a modern and welcoming store layout, and a location benefiting from nearby new developments driving footfall, you’ll be perfectly placed to grow the pharmacy side of the business beyond its current NHS service focus.
Leading a team of 14, including 3 direct reports—two experienced Assistant Managers and an on-site Pharmacist—you’ll play a key role in driving both commercial success and patient care, maintaining strong sales momentum while building the pharmacy business for the future, supported by your Area Manager and Boots’ trusted brand.
The store is open Monday to Sunday until 8pm, so flexibility to work five days across the week, including some weekends and evening shifts, will be essential.
