We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager in Berlin to lead our retail team and drive the commercial performance of our first store in Germany! You will be responsible for achieving results, developing talent, delivering a premium customer experience, and bringing the ALOHAS brand to life through daily operations and leadership.
Lead the business
Own and drive sales results, KPIs and store profitability.
Monitor performance and design action plans to unlock the store’s full potential.
Collaborate with HQ to align on strategy, reporting, and retail priorities.
Ensure the store reflects ALOHAS’ vision through high standards of operations and service.
Inspire and grow your team
Lead by example on the shop floor, setting clear goals and motivating your team.
Develop, train and coach team members to reach their full potential.
Build a strong team culture aligned with ALOHAS values: responsibility, agility and proactivity.
Provide regular feedback and play an active role in talent retention.
Deliver a best-in-class client experience
Ensure consistent service excellence and personalized interactions with every customer.
Use the clienteling tool to build strong client relationships and drive loyalty.
Bring the ALOHAS concept to life in-store, communicating our values, product stories and sustainability mission.
Support the omnichannel journey, advising clients on purchase, delivery and service options.
Ensure operational excellence
Oversee stock management, VM execution and in-store animations.
Generate reports on store, product and client performance to support decision-making.
Contribute to content creation for ALOHAS social media teams when needed (e.g. photos, videos, store visuals).
Maintain a high standard of organization, visual presentation and in-store efficiency.
Be a key retail voice
Actively share feedback and ideas to help shape and improve ALOHAS’ retail strategy.
Represent the brand as an ambassador and innovation driver in your market.
3–5 years’ experience as a Store Manager in premium or fashion retail
Strong leadership and team development skills
Strategic vision and ability to turn data into business actions
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven experience with sales techniques, KPIs and customer service excellence
Familiarity with CRM and clienteling strategies
Passion for product, people and retail innovation
Fluent in German and English (other languages are a plus)
Hands-on, agile, responsible and collaborative mindset

The history:
The brand was founded in 2015 in Honolulu, Hawaii by current CEO, Alejandro Porras. He was inspired by seeing locals react to his Avarcas, a popular type of sandal from Menorca, Spain, known for their simplicity and ease of use. He decided to talk business in Hawaii and began expanding not only his product offering but also his business sights.
Back to basics and looking to put a spin on the traditional Espadrille, our creative team works from our headquarters in Barcelona to design finely crafted shoes for rain or shine seasons, all produced by trusted artisans in nearby production facilities.
The brand has already strategically positioned itself in Moda Operandi, La Rinascente, Zalando, Revolve, The Iconic and El Corte Inglés, thus covering some of the largest and most exclusive online points of sale across different continents.
ALOHAS is well known for many of its IG collaborations and registered a 1.1 million turnover in 2018 (without investors). This was driven by its ongoing investments into logistics infrastructure and product diversification together with an ever growing online presence.
