About the role

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Strong leadership capability – retail experience not essential
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset
• Ability to motivate, inspire and manage diverse teams
• Proven focus on customer experience and driving sales
• Confidence to train, coach and lift team capability
• Operational skills in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
