Company Background:

We are representing our client a renowned fitness brand from Taiwan, is excited to launch its first retail store in Malaysia at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. They are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead their team.

• 
  Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure attractive product displays.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• 
  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion and interest with gym & fitness is a plus

Working Hours:

• 40-48 hours per week, with shifts rotating to cover all operating hours from 10 am to 10 pm
