Jimmy Fairly zoekt een Store Manager voor onze winkel in Antwerpen.

Opgericht in Parijs in 2010, biedt Jimmy Fairly hoogwaardige optische brillen en zonnebrillen die trendy en betaalbaar zijn. We beheren onze volledige waardeketen – van design tot distributie – en combineren een sterke retailervaring met een positieve sociale impact.

Voor elke verkochte bril financieren we een leesbril via de NGO Restoring Vision. Samen hebben we al meer dan één miljoen mensen geholpen om weer toegang te krijgen tot zicht.

Jouw rol

Als Shop Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succes van de winkel:

• Je leidt, motiveert en ontwikkelt je team

• Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving

• Je behaalt commerciële doelstellingen

• Je voert oogmetingen uit in een volledig uitgeruste winkel

• Je beheert voorraad en visual merchandising

• Je past en herstelt brillen

Jimmy Fairly is looking for a Store Manager to lead our store in Antwerp.

Your role

As Store Manager, you will drive the success of the store:

• Lead, motivate and develop your team

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Drive store performance and achieve sales targets

• Conduct eye exams in a fully equipped store

• Manage stock and visual merchandising

• Adjust and repair glasses
