As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑end boutique, ensuring an exceptional retail experience for each customer. Requirements

• Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the store.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to secure premium stock.
• Drive marketing initiatives, including in‑store events and digital outreach.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• 9+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique setting.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brand guidelines and customer service standards.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales and inventory data.
• Excellent leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Advanced understanding of visual merchandising techniques.
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve cost‑control objectives.
• Experience coordinating cross‑departmental initiatives such as marketing and HR.
