We are now looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our HTH stores in Finland. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader who is passionate about people, sales, and delivering exceptional customer journeys.

Your role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the store. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring every customer receives a premium experience from the first meeting to the completed kitchen installation.

You are both a leader and a sales professional. Alongside managing the store, you will actively participate in sales activities and support customers with their kitchen projects.

What you will do

• Coach, motivate, and support a team of Kitchen Specialists to achieve their full potential.
• Onboard new employees together with our training team.
• Conduct regular team meetings and create a positive, high-performing sales culture.
• Support employees in customer situations and help them successfully manage projects from start to finish.
• Contribute to recruitment, employee development, and daily people management.

Drive sales performance

• Take ownership of store sales targets and conversion rates.
• Lead by example through active participation in B2C and B2B sales.
• Ensure a structured and profitable sales process across all customer projects.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

Ensure excellent store operations

• Manage daily store operations and planning.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure fair allocation of shifts.
• Monitor working hours and employee leave balances.
• Maintain store inventory and product assortment.
• Support administrative processes, including invoice reviews and installation follow-up.
• Manage local social media activities and contribute to brand visibility.

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• A strong background in retail sales.

• Strong customer focus and business acumen.
• The ability to motivate others and create engagement.
• Fluency in Finnish and good English communication skills.

Experience from kitchen, interior design, home improvement, or other project-based sales environments is considered an advantage.
