We are currently looking for a Store Manager will manages the daily operations of the store in order to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Motivates the store team, creates business strategies and trains new staff. Maintains high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
What will you do:
- Develops and deploys plans to increase the Store' s performance, in coordination with the ISAM Shops and implements the company approved sales strategy.
- Develops business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Prepares reports and analyzes data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction, tracks and measures productivity and compares to benchmarks.
- Participates with all necessary inputs in the company’s budget formulation (Sales targets, budget/expenses, resources etc.).
- Provides training, coaching, motivation and mentoring to the store team, on an ongoing basis.
- Completes store administration and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Supervises and monitors the daily operations workflow regarding all aspects of the store 's services, Sales, Customer Service, Bill Payments.
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Interfaces with other departments such as Marketing, with regards to the provision of information related to competition activity, to the activation of sales and trade promotions.
- Interfaces with Customer Operations, with regards to the effective management of customer requests.
- Interfaces with Finance department with regards to bill payments, cach registry etc..
What you need to be successful:
- A BSc in Business Administration or Social Sciences
- Energy Services (Electricity and Natural Gas) background will be considered a plus
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail store
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, CRM systems and practices
- Sales skills, initiative and effectiveness
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team spirit and positive mental attitude
