The Store Manager is a position of responsibility for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, oversees and is accountable for the operations of a store. Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resource management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage. The Store Manager demonstrates a commitment to personal development and exceed company goals.
General Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide leadership in all store’s operational areas by guiding and motivating employees to provide safe, fast, and superior service to exceed customer expectations, stimulate the growth of the business. This position, along with all positions, are to uphold the Family Express Mission and Vision.
