Our Store Manager is responsible for:

STAFFING/SCHEDULING 7 day per week QSR operation. Early Mornings through Early Evening Shifts . Interview, hire, train and develop staff to be amazing! Provide ongoing performance feedback, contribute to profitability by maximizing scheduling efficiencies, and maintain accountability in employees. Develop team members to meet and exceed our customer expectations!

SALES: Ensuring a consistent quality experience will drive sales. As a Store Manager we count on you to contribute to store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and manage expenses. Encourage full team participation in setting store goals. Responsible for daily, weekly and quarterly reports and the point of sale system.

OPERATIONS: 7 day per week QSR operation-Drive Through. Early Mornings through Early Evening Shifts. Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, food safety standards, equipment and ensure operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner. Place weekly inventory orders. Ability to implement marketing promotions is critical and FUN!
