Job Description

Timewise Food Stores is seeking a Retail Store Manager who is passionate about operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including marketing initiatives, labor management, and team supervision. This role requires leadership in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating a team of station/store associates to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, manage inventory control, and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, task assignment, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a team of station/store associates through training and ongoing coaching.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, cash handling, and daily deposits.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in retail or a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
