Our client is an Organic / Natural Food Retail Shop
Shop Manager
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail industry including 2 years in supervisory position
- Experience in selling organic / natural food will be an advantage
- Good leadership, self-motivated, proactive, sales driven, and with can-do attitude
- Fluent in English and Putonghua preferably
Requirements:
- Oversee and manage individual store daily operations
- To lead & motivate shop sales to achieve sales target
- Monitor performance and provide staff training
- Responsible for visual merchandising to maintain store image and maximize sales exposure
- Work closely with other departments to promote store’s overall performance
