Job Description

For an international hospitality brand: Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L performance of the store, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team, fostering a high-performance and engaging working environment.
  • Ensure operational excellence across food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer experience.
  • Oversee compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage hiring, employee relations, and team development in line with company standards.
  • Drive performance through KPIs, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain strong communication with central leadership and support strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the brand at a local level, ensuring alignment with its culture and identity.
  • Support new initiatives, launches, and potential expansion activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and retain teams.
  • Solid understanding of operational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
