About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full‑time Store Manager position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a proposed salary of $63,000 + super, incentives and benefits. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales Generation

• Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

Community Engagement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.
• Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.

Brand Ambassadorship

• Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired
  aesthetic.
• Actively promote the boutique within the local community.

Customer Building

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
