We are seeking a manager to lead store operations. This full-time position is mainly days (including early am shifts) with some evening and 1 week-end day shift required.

We want to help our team succeed, and everyone on our team helps with this success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit business numbers each week:

• Cost of goods sold
• Labor costs
• Lane time
• Growing sales

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

• Lead, Manage and Accountability

• Store operations
• Barista hiring and scheduling
• Property cleanliness (inside/out)
• Site point of contact

• Lead a friendly, service-oriented team, set a high-energy work pace, drive profitability
• Interview, hire, train, and develop leadership depth
• Ensure consistent and quality customer experiences through proper staffing, execution of brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter’s “Amazings”
• Ensure your team is maintaining a great store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment
• Corporate meetings, training and development
