The Retail Store Manager has direct supervision of all retail supervisorsand hourly staff who have access to the vault and/or registers. Theyare responsible forbuilding relationships with customers, total store supervision on a dailybasis,and meeting the needs of the store and business. In leadership, you will have the ability to lead and direct the store staff and successfully execute company strategies.
Hourly Rate $29.19 - $31.73 per hour

Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret hard data and metrics. Ability to write creatively and articulately with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and averageAbility to apply concepts of basic algebra when working on spreadsheets. Ability to create and manage departmental budget
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and comfort using a computer, mouse, keyboard, 10-key, and touchscreen. Ability to move through various screens in multiple software and use web-based platforms with ease.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid First-Aid CPR card which meets OSHA and WISHA standards (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance,stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Will constantly lift 1-15 pounds, frequently lift 15-20 pounds, and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
